I’ve been with RackSrv for my hosting since they started up and the service has been impeccable. Rarely do I have an issue with the service but on the odd occasion someone is immediately contactable and a quick fix is provided.
They’ve even helped me with enquiries that aren’t really their domain, which is reassuring to know they will go the extra mile to provide a complete solution.

RackSRV have been hosting my Dedi gameserver for a few years now, I have never found a better service in all the years I have run servers. Service is prompt (when required, which is not very often I might add) and the communication is second to none. Responce to any enquiries is usually within minutes using there ticket system and I cannot recomend them enough.
Do yourself a favour and switch to RackSRV, you will not regret it!!!

I’ve been using RackSRV for over 3 years and the level of service has been phenomenal.
We’ve often needed their help when one of our colocated servers has suffered a hardware failure and their technicians have leapt into action to solve the problem for us.
I can’t find any faults with their service, reliability or customer support – everything has been fantastic! A definite 5 out of 5.

Great service provided by Racksrv, Great Support, Been with racksrv for well over a year, and since day one havn’t had a problem, Jon has always been there to help, Would recommend racksrv to anyone looking for dedicated servers!

Used Racksrv for coming up four years and I’ve been nothing short of amazed at their support / uptime and basic upkeep of my colocated services.

A fantastic hosting company. I had been impressed with the standard of reviews about RackSRV I had seen so decided to take out a server with them. I am extremely pleased with the level of service that RackSRV have provided. Any tickets day or night have always been resolved in a matter of minutes. They’re so impressive I’ve moved two more of my servers over onto RackSRV when my previous provider failed me. I can see my business sticking with this company for the long-haul.
