They are great. Their support is excellent, fast and last but not least with real technical know how (whic is very difficult to find now days)!!!
I have been using them for 5 years with both hosting and reseller plans.
I have never recived a complains from my customers hosted on thir service.
The only small negative side they sometimes move the server and change the server IP and advise you not too in advance. If you use their DNS you would not even notice the move, but if you are using external DNS pointing to the server IP you have to rush to change the DNS settings of all your domains to point to the new IP.
