I have used Krystal Hosting for several years.
They have excellent support and reasonable prices.
I use Krystal Hosting for my domain registration and hosting and have never had any problems with it. All of my queries have been promptly answered.
I have recommended their services to friends and family and will continue to do so at every opportunity.
Krystal Hosting will not disappoint you.

I have been with Krystal Hosting for around 6 years now. During that time I have never experienced any problems with the hosting. I love the support I get – call up and you will get through to one of the guys and they have always been able to help on the spot. I like this when compared to many other companies where you are forced to read FAQ after FAQ and then submit ticket after ticket… Couldn’t speak more highly of them.

I have used Krystal for a couple of years now but not particularly happy with support, I need more English hours covered due to clients in other countries and they can be awfully hard to get hold of even within support hours. Had an issue a few weeks back which took too long to resolve so am on this site to find a new hosting company if anyone can recommend one with 24/7 support?

I have to agree with some of the comments below that their service isn’t amazing, as Steve said the phone always goes to answerphone and the hours of support they offer are pretty limited. I had an issue with email performance just last week tried phoning out of hours and even their website was down, everything worked again the next day but no notification or anything from them but other than that downtime has been minimal and they are ok value for money too. I would recommend if you have a small personal site to host but would drive me bonkers not being able to speak to anyone if I was more involved!
Find it rather worrying that they have asked their staff to log in and rate them because of negative experiences is that how really how reviews should work? Given other people have expressed the same issues below seems a little defensive to me which usually means theres some truth to it.

Regarding “a. nonymous”, I would be very interested to see the specific issues this customer has faced, and would be happy to discuss them. I think this is far more valuable than throwing an anonymous strop in pubilc.
I joined Krystal recently and am dedicated to providing support that is both valuable and polite! We try to provide very technical support, where some companies will simply bounce the issue off, we will try to work with the customer – but sometimes customers try to do things that are simply beyond them technically, and then blame us for not making it “just work”. It’s a very difficult line to walk.

I have been a customer of Krystal hosting now for around 4 years and I am still to date to have a single problem with my hosting. At no point during the 4 years have my sites ever been down or unnacessible.
With a very user friendly back end it made doing what I needed so simple and stress free, and they were even able to help when I had specific upgrade questions and requirements as to what package would best suit my needs, thinking purely of what was best for me and not simply what cost the most like some companys.
I would recommend Krystal every day of the week to anyone wanting to run anything from a personal blog to a full e-commerce site.

I’ve had my site at Krystal hosting for 3 years now and have experienced speedy page loads, no problems caused by other users sites on the same server in terms of search engine results or performance. Technical issues are quickly responded to and a problem I had with email forwarding was quickly fixed free of charge for me when many others charge for this kind of thing. Thanks Krystal!

Well, I wrote a review of Krystal some time ago, probably in the heat of the moment, when I was having problems and the could not contact anyone to get problems resolved.
I have spoken to Krystal since then a number of times on various topics and things seem to be getting back to the high level of service I had received in the past.
Keep it up Krystal as there are a couple of projects for next year on the books!

Krystal webhosting is by far the fastest, most reliable host I’ve ever used. Really quick set up, no messing about. Had my reseller account set up in less than half an hour. 6 months on and I’ve had zero downtime and the support is fantastic.
Quick tip, if you’re buying a dedicated, contact them first and you might be able to wangle 2 months free if you pay for a year upfront!

I got my first WordPress site setup really quickly and easily with Krystal. Using cpanel and fantastico meant that I could get everything working through their site.
I’ve had no problems at all with the service, and there has been no downtime. I would highly recommend Krystal.
I have been using Krystal for over 5 years and in general their service has been very good, they upgrade packages now and again for no extra charge and are very price competative compared to other hosting companies.
BUT
I doubt any hosting company truely has 100% uptime, but when Krystal go off-line it always seem to be at an important time.
Logging a support call with their info page usually gets a fairly rapid responce.
I logged a call with them last night at approx 21:00 and it is now 10:30 and I do not have a reply yet to a very simple problem but one that only Krystal can address.
I have phoned the phone number to talk to some one and was put in a queue. I was repeatedly told I was number one in the queue but after 5 minutes I was then told there was no one currently available to take my call the the line dropped without the option to leave a message!
I am seriously concidering my options here. I have multiple domains and hosting plans with them on behalf of my customers, should I customer have a problem and I can not get through to them I doubt the customer will be impressed.
Come on Krystal you were excellent but you are slipping badly.

Great company, speeder than Speedy Gozalles.
This server has improved my web sites speed by over 7 times. Can backup quickly, alter site quickly, fantastic Ping times, its made my hosting so much faster. Great service. Highly recommended and I would give them 12 out of 10 if I could.

Excellent host, all problems have always been resolved, and I would reccommend them to anyone from a small hobby site to a big company site.

I was especially impressed with Krystal when I phoned up to be removed from the Whois directory. Whereas in the past (with other hosts) I have
been charged for this privilege, the guys at Krystal put in my request immediately and without any extra cost. This, along with their top notch
support, has ensured that I will continue to use them as my service provider for all my future web projects. I would recommend them to anyone!

I’ve had a number of packages with Krystal now for a couple of years. I recommend them to anyone looking for business or personal hosting – I must have referred over 20 clients and friends to them! and they are all very happy with the service. E-mails are answered quickly and personally and they actually answer the phone when you call it!

We have been hosting with krystal for a long time now. They have excellent support, and are very flexible with any requests you may have.
We’ve not had any problems with them at all, and are very very happy with the service provided. Would (and do!) recommend them to everyone looking for a solid hosting provider.

I have had varius packages with Krystal now for a number of years. They are a very easy to deal with company with great personal support. I always recommend them to anyone looking for hosting, and I use them for all my customers.
I used to change webhosts every couple of months, but after finding Krystal I’ve never changed again !!

On the strength of a personal recommendation by Pixel, I decided to give Krystal a go as I use quite a bit of bandwidth for files hosted on the web.
I’ve not used any other hosting service, so cannot provide a comparison, but I can certainly vouch for the excellent service that I have received since I became a Krystal customer. I even have the owner of Krystal on MSN!!
To reiterate once more, Krystal server’s are based in the US, which may be a deterrent for some people on principal alone, but my site has been stable and quick ever since I uploaded with Krystal, and i won’t be using or recommending anyone else anytime soon!

I’ve personally been using Krystal Hosting for well over a year now, and the first thing that always comes to mind when recommending them, is the level of service received. They are extremely helpful, and you’ll usually get a response to any email within a few hours.
Whilst being a UK company, their servers are based in the US. Some believe this makes things awkward should there be a problem with the servers, and makes your site a little slower, but I’ve had no such problems. This is definitley something to take into account though, and a matter of personal opinion.
The packages that Krystal Hosting offer are more suited to those expecting to use large amounts of webspace and bandwidth.
Competitive pricing, friendly and personal customer service, recommended.
