I had a shared web hosting package with them for a year. The service was acceptable, with little downtime and issues with disappearing HTML pages in the first month or so. Technical support was polite and responsive, even though they did tend to shrug their shoulders over the problems. Eventually, the early problems went away and the service stabilized.
Most of all, this company offer a very cheap deal for starter packages. If you’re looking for a no-frills personal site with a small amount of bandwidth, for a blog or similar, you can pick a site up from HostLogical for the price of a curry.
