Have been with tsohost for over 2 years now and can’t fault their customer support or quality of hosting at all. In 2 years I have personally never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a reply and their telephones always get answered very fast. I was working very late one night and even got email responses within 10 minutes at 2am in the morning.

My company has a 1and1 account for our business sites and I wanted to move my personal domain away from the control of the company (and 1and1′s dreadful service).
I spent some time researching the move as doing it more than once was not what I wanted. TSO came up time and again as being good value and good service.
I have to say that I have never experienced service like this and doubt that anyone could offer better.
I pay £2.99/month but receive a level of service I don’t get from our £25/month 1 and 1 account.
Stunning. I know I made the right choice.

Previously had dreamhost account, was happy with that untill it came to pay again and they tried to charge me £200 per year on a shared account that cost £50 a year the first year.
Did some research, went with TSOHOST.
Only used it for webmail and small hosting (under 5mb) so far, about to ramp this up and see.
So far their support has been phenominal and I really would recommend use.
cost £5 a month.

I have been with two other hosting companies in the past and they just don’t compare to tsohost. I had never heard of tsohost and was very cautious but it was the best decision I made. Why? Because with my previous two hosts, I had to pester the support teams to fix things which we’re just not working in the control panels. Here, the control panel works fantastically, webmail and file manager are the best you will ever see, I promise! Also, things like Isapi Rewrite can be installed from the control panel, not with other hosts. Both Linux and Windows OS can be used from one control panel…in fact the list goes on and on.
I have only needed support once and my issue was attended to immediately and swiftly fixed. I have never been up and running so quickly in all my years working with hosting companies.
They are a small team here which means they work closely together and care about the support they provide. Do not be put off by the very low price!

I use my service for storing personal files and as a file dump for my family to get videos and pics of their children via a gallery. Tsohost are the best I have been with several large providers who give you a silly amount of resources for pennies. Never a good idea. Darren has been awesome at support. I am about to upgrade to the Clustered product to help support them even though I may not use it all. I love c panel it’s for me the best control panel in the world.

I have just recently taken the plunge and moved hosting company, something that has very defiantly not been done on a whim! I have spent months looking at alternatives and finally chose TSO. As an IT Director, this has to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. The transition was made so easy by the staff, in particular Adam and Darren. I have nothing but praise for this company and wish that all of my other IT suppliers would take a leaf from their book. I never make a recommendation of service, but in the case of TSO I will make an exception. If you are still looking and pondering, ponder no more, these guys are so helpful.

Having used TSO for a couple of years now I can only offer the absolute maximum praise for these guys.
Support, not that it is needed much, is as fast as I have ever experienced with support ticketing almost like instant messaging
Servers are very fast and always kept up to date with the latest builds.
I am sure I could not have done better by a web host for the variety of sites that they host for me. Certainly very very good value for money.

I don’t know what to say about tsohost – they are absolutely fantastic. While my site is in the very early stages of development, they have been utterly fantastic in troubleshooting a wealth of issues with database setup, Silverlight, and WCF services on their Pro package.
They really are the best, not to mention extraordinarily good value.

I think the service I have had from TSO Host has been excellent. In my experience the replies are very quick and to the point. I certainly would recommend you to anybody who asked me for a company to host their site.
If I had one small issue it would be that, (as a computer numbskull, it would be easier for some answers to be given in non computer speak.
That said I still give you 10 out of ten for service.

My sites have been hosted with T.S.O HOST for over a year now. Locally, I am known as the welsh “Victor meldrew” I am very disappointed that I have had no reason to complain about the service that I have received. I use software to inform me should a site go down. What a waste of money that was, they never go down! I pay less than THREE QUID a month! Surely for that price I should have had plenty to complain about by now. Even if I wanted to tell them to stick the contract where the sun don’t shine I couldn’t, I am not forced to have one. I telephoned them at 10pm on a Sunday once, I did not expect them to answer BUT ADAM DID “I don’t believe it!” I have noticed that if one was to exceed the monthly bandwidth they don’t shut you down, They contact you and ask YOU what you want to do about it!!! For pity’s, give me something to complain about! Hang on, I don’t remember receiving a birthday card from them last August, Scoundrels, What a penny pinching bunch of skinflints they are.

tsohost are just a brilliant company, period!
We had been searching far and wide over the last 5 years, for decent hosting at the right price; plus we wanted a robust client/customer area that made sense for handling web traffic. Take away all ‘useless fancy features’ other companies offer, add solid support, fantastic hosting options with a dash of general no fuss attitude and BAM! tsohost is there!.
I can honestly say there is not one company I know of in the UK hosting market (and believe me there has been a few) that can offer the quality, skill set, support and value for money of tsohost.

Like the previous post, I have only been with TSOHost a short period, but have found them exceptionally helpful and the services have done everything I expect at a high performance.
My previous host was excellent (but a lot more expensive), but did not provide cloud/clustered hosting. These guys have been every bit as good with their support and now I have the benefits of clustered linux/windows hosting from a single provider.

Added yet another site to my clustered hosting and even after close to 2 years now, I can’t fault tsohost at all.
After dealing with a few ‘other’ hosting companies at work recently, it reminded me how good it is to have such efficient and fast support (have been working late at night and still got replies to my support request from tsohost!). No 24 hour return times, email only support or call centers in countires I never knew existed.
Still vert pleased with the way these guys operate and keep you constantly updated about issues.

Having used TSO’s clustered option for several weeks I can safely say that it is by far the best cloud hosting option I have used to date both local and abroad.

I’ve got all my sites now hosted with tsohost.
The team are always very helpful – at any time of the day or night. I moved to the clustered hosting option and had errors when moving, however Adam helped me out and all sites work great now.

I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but so far TSO looks like becoming one of my favourite companies. I’m a complete novice, so they talked me through all the difficult technical bits, and even took over when it became too hard. But the customer service is the best bit. Got hacked off with a big name provider with poor service and non-existant support and moved to tsohost a couple of months ago.
So far, they’ve been brilliant – site always loads very quickly and I haven’t noticed any downtime, plus the features are very impressive for the price.

The number of features that comes with your hosting package is amazing.
By the way, I discovered that everyone who is missing a Draft or Deleted Items folder when using TSO-hosted email on the iPhone, you can actually add those email folders when you log onto TSO’s Webmail: http://webmail.gridhost.co.uk (use your email password and user name as in Outlook) and then go to ‘Personal Settings’ > ‘Folders’ to create additional email folders.

I am so impressed with their hosting so far, blows away all my past hosts, and a great deal on the price of the clustering package. My pre-sales queries were also answered swiftly, average 10 mins, and as I wanted a host for Magento their tweaks have improved performance a lot with more to come in their future offer of ram based caching.

Having a couple of hosting accounts, 1 in the USA and 1 UK based I was looking to pull them all together under a single hosting account.
I posed the question via the pre-sales forum asking whether I could start with the standard package and then migrate to the pro as my exisitng hosting expired. A fast turnaround to my query gave me a great feeling of confidence and so I signed up. The hosting account went live and Adam and the team helped me migrate my domain over.
As my requirements increased I did indeed jump over to the Pro version of the hosting which simply involved creating a ticket and the switch was made. Again my requirements increased and so I added on additional “add-on” domains which again was painless and very quickly actioned.
At the begining of this week I was in need of more capacity so posed the question of whether I should buy more add-on domains or move to a reseller account. I was advised that the reseller account could be easily migrated to but I should also consider their new clustered hosting solution.
There wasn’t a one button upgrade path but I loaded a new domain onto the clustered solution and all was well. Adam, James and Darren then helped move across one of my existing domains (files and MySql database) and kindly created new users and amended my config files so the site was up and running.
Following this fantastic service tsohost then offered to manually transfer all my other domains over which was far more than I had expected. Within the hour my other 8 domains where painlessly moved over so now I have a total of 12 domains on my new account!
I can’t recommend tsohost enough and look forward to working more with tsohost in the future!

I recently moved to TSO clustered hosting platform after my old webhost had 5 days of downtime. This was unacceptable to me as my needs for webhosting had evolved.
TSO cluster hosting seemed to fit my hosting needs almost perfectly. Good price, excellent space and b/w allowance (can you find better fir the price that is not being oversold?)with extremely high uptime due to their clustered solution. The only things I was unsure about were the support and their own control panel.
Having, had the service for a few days now I can clearly say their support is excellent. They are about from early in the morning to late in the night (UK time) and are more than happy to help with anything. I have a very large site which required some hands on help moving the site over, restoring large sql databases etc. All of which was done quickly (less than 15 minutes by email mostly within 5 minutes). They even helped me reconfigure a few of my scripts that had a slight problem due to their hosting platform.
Their control panel is basic when compared to the likes of cpanel. However, anything it can not do yet can be easily done via email support. Plus they are adding new stuff all the time and this does not seem to be marketing but reality (as you can easily check their update logs).
Lastly, my old webhost had rsync backups which will done every day was a pain to access. having to contact support, wait for them to read ticket (sometimes hours) then make the files available via ftp ended up taking forever. TSO have their own backup system accessed via the control panel. Choose the time you want to access backup from (done every 15 minutes) and the whole backup is available to you via ftp. Excellent.
The only negative at the moment is a few missing features on their control panel that I can’t live without. However, I have been assured they are being added in their next updates so I can wait for now.
TSO are extremely good at what they do and at the moment I am planning to host my website with them for the next few decades

I have been dealing with Tsohost for about six months now. Whilst I only have a holding page hosted for now I am the webmaster for another site that is hosted with Tsohost. I can hoestly say that they are by far the finest hosting company that I have ever dealt with. I have submited an email for support late on a SUNDAY EVENING and still I have had a helpful response inside TEN MINS !!! Both Adam and Darren really know their stuff. Even when my email address got bombed, Adam stopped it dead in no time at all. I am only waiting for my hosting contract with another company to expire so that I can move my website over to Tsohost. I know it will be in good hands. If you are someone that is seeking a great host then I would reccomend Tsohost above any other. They make Lycos (now defunked) streamlinenet, 1+1, heart and many others look like Cowboys. Lets face it, once you sign up for a year with any hoster you are stuck with them for a whole year. With Tsohost you can go month to month and stop at any time which is fantastic. If tsohost made lager it would be the best lager in the world (probebly).

I have been using tsohost for a few years now and I have found the service to be the best at a bargain price.
I have hosted a number of sites over that time, and I still do, but on a hobby basis now. I have never had one complaint from my own customers about the hosting service, and on the very few occasions I have had to raise a ticket, it has been dealt with to my complete stisfaction.

Like Nick Roberts (19.1.09) I came over to tso after seeing a good company (123-reg.co.uk) go down the plughole after Pipex took it over and started making “efficiencies” that are felt more in the boardroom rather than by the users.
Everything runs so easily. The support is excellent, even at times you don’t really expect to get a response. I recommend tso to anyone who mentions wanting their own hosting – the other day, to my daughter.
Just one little thing…the Knowledgebase doesn’t really exist. I think this needs some attention as it’s where a lot of people would look for assistance first. In practice, it doesn’t matter because the online support is so good, but a good, solid FAQ/Knowledgebase would be handy.

Just an update to my previous review, as I now need access to a remote SQL server. TsoHost have but me on a “hyrid” package, so i can use my existing blog (that uses php) and also asp,asp.net files.
This was set up very quickly.
I had several support queries and they all got very fast replies too.
Only annoyance is access to my SQL database. As I have a dynamic IP and TsoHost allow access their SQL server on a per IP basis, I need to occasionally re-open a support ticket to get my new IP allowed through their firewall.
However, I understand there will be an option available very soon to add any IPs you wish (this is available for MySQL databases only currently).
Other than no complaints at all.

I have never had any problems with TSOHOST in the many years I have had hosting from them. They have always offered great value for money and a very personal effective and timely support service.
I wouldn’t describe it as ”cheap” hosting, but inexpensive, taking into account the features and the level of support provided, you can’t really ask for a better service.

What a difference to my other hosting company, I sent them a support ticket and I am still waiting for a reply two years later! I would not reccomend tshost to everyone, only my friends. I have been a reseller with TSO for over a year now and it has ben consistently excellent the whole time. The support is suberb – fast and knowledgeable – as is the speed, uptime and cost. A very fully featured package. I really cannot find a single negative. My previous host (Webfusion, part of the Pipex group)saddled me with numerous restrictions and extras, the support was abysmal and it was twice the cost!

I have been with TSOHOST for several years with just a brief encounter with another hosting company. I am therefore in a position of being able to compare TSO with another large company.
There is no comparison really. TSOHOST.co.uk can not be beat in my eyes. I am fairly inexperienced when it comes to making web pages but whenever I have had a problem, I contact Darren or Adam and replies are almost instant. None of this “We hope to answer you within 24 hours”. Most queries are answered almost immediately.

Tsohost.co.uk have provided better service by an order of magnitude than I have ever experienced previously from a web hosting company.
The level of personal support, and the speed of reply is second to none. The majority of responses arrive within 30 mins (including time for resolution), with the record being < 1 min.
Would we use them again? We just have!

I now have a number of sites with TSOHost, that I have been working on over the past year or so. I moved to them because my old ISP was very sluggish and very poor with support.
Since I have been with them, I have had an amazing service. The servers are fast and not over loaded, I get excellent responses times on all of my websites. The support team are fantastic too, I normally get a response within minutes not hours to any of my queries.
All in all, I have no problem continuing to recommend them to anyone. Also I have plans to move more of my websites to tsohost over the coming months!

I have run this small forum for about 5 years,
I have had numorous hosts. There as always been a problem with database issue’s owing to the large amount of Games in the forum arcade.
I am pleased to say that I have never had a problem since I moved over in Jan 08.
The staff are always pleased to help, and are very prompt in helping to sort out any issue’s that may arise.. ie: my mistakes ….

It was with some trepidation that I set out to move my website. However, due to unreliability problems with my current host I had to do it.
I read a number of reviews and testimonials for various companies and selected Tsohost. “Great customer service and great price” were the repeated comments.
I have to say I can’t agree more. Adam and Darren have answered my quesions quickly, accurately and clearly. The website and my email are both working well and I’m glad to say my fears over losing everthing were unfounded!

I’ve been with Tsohost now for a couple of years after having hosting accounts with larger companies such as 1&1. I can say without reservation that TSO have been and remain to be the best hosting company I’ve used. I have 2 accounts with TSO at the moment and should I ever require another, or an increase in one of my packages I know that obtaining these will be a pain free process. Servers are extremely reliable, site speed is great and support is 1st class, combine all that with great pricing and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have been a Tsohost (previously Zesthost) for about 5 years now. I have been very satisfied with the service. The pages of my website come up very quickly. There was a 3-4 month period in which something happened at Zesthost and I experienced a variety of problems. These problems have been rectified. The service is very dependable wigh very little down time. My experience with their technical support team is equally good. They reply to my occasional issues very quickly and with clear, knowledgeable resonses. Over the years I have several different hists and Tsohost is by far the best.

My football website http://www.footballshq.co.uk was hosted on another host for 2 years, and felt it was time i moved on, as i was constantly having problems with MySQL hosting, timeouts, errors, losing connection, and their support were just not up to scratch. So i researched a number of other hosts before commiting. Being UK based i wanted a host in the UK this time, as before I used a euro host.
After a few weeks of researching i came across Tshohost, and first impressions was very nice. Thier home page loaded extremly fast for me, and the ping test rate was second to none. They offer 3 types of packages which cater for most. I opted for the middle package as i already had a website ready to transfer and required a certain amount of space and bandwidth.
When signing up i received a 10 percent discount FOR LIFE as they are offering a coupon when signing up. My account was set up within a few hours, if you cant wait that long, they set up a temporary URL for you log into cpanel almost instantly. After uploading my site and creating a new MySQL database i ran a few tests to check speeds. To my surprise my website loaded as fast as their homepage did, usually hosts optimize their website on a dedicated server to try give false impressions of their speeds. I was already happy at this point as i could browse my forum very very quickly.
After a few weeks i had some support issues, which i raised via tickets, and i had a reply from Darren within the hour, and it actually felt like i was talking to someone who cared about my problem and knew what they were talking about. He was very helpful and sorted my issue out promptly.
About a month down the line i decided to buy another domain name, and wanted this domain to be the primary domain on my account, so i raised a ticket to ask if this could be done, thinking it probably couldnt. Again to my surprise they replied with a positive answer and asked a few questions about what and where i’d like things moved to, and low and behold in 24hours my account was updated with the new domain as my primary account! Well impressed again!
So if i could rate their support out of 10 instead of 5 i would rate it 10 without hesitation! They also have support forums where you can ask general questions and chit chat as well. They do have phone support as well if you need it, which is always a plus!
I’ve now upgraded myself to their top package as i needed to expand, and felt no problems at all spending a little more with them. Talking of spending, their prices for packages are very competitive, ranging from £14.99 a year to £4.99 a month for the top package.
Its well worth the look if your looking for a UK host!

31 minutes that is all it took for Adam Smith of tsohost.co.uk to respond to a detailed enquiry I made on 26 April 2008. Emailed him at 22:45 and he responded at 23:16 same day.
Now that IS support – coupled with the fact I asked for concise help. He came back with “no waffle” response. I received precise information set out intelligently and to the point. So often in my experience elsewhere, individual questions are not addressed directly. I have received information that the organisation wants me to read and accept, which they hope will sidestep the maybe difficult questions I have asked and to which they have not addressed themselves.
Oh yes, and by the way – at present I AM NOT EVEN A MEMBER!! Nevertheless, clear support is already forthcoming. Bodes well for the future I think. I will be joining soon with a Pro Package.
Feel very confident with the organisation, and having looked at the Forum this just adds to my feeling of – “This is the right Hosting company for me”.

I would be very reluctant to recommend this company to anybody – because I want all the glory for myself!
After having been with a previous web hosting company that kept dealing me downtime, slowness and extremely slow/poor support, I found 2host/Tsohost and was pleasantly surprised with the high standards there on both the shared and dedicated Linux plans.
The three critical things crucial for any serious web professional to succeed are effortlessly met by this company: Reliability, Speed and Service.
Absolutely spot on – I don’t think I have ever seen any downtime, the speed is almost unheard of in this spending bracket, and this is all backed up by lightning fast, courteous and professional support from the team (either over e-mail or phone).

My website was previously hosted by my ISP but limited to 50Mb. When I needed more space for my photo Gallery etc, TSOHost was chosen on the basis of meeting our requirements at a competitive price and reading positive feedback on various forums.
The changeover went very smoothly and any (self-inflicted!) problems in configuring the new set-up were quickly resolved by the Helpdesk, even late in the evening. Two months in, I have only very positive experiences with the new host and would recommend them to anyone seeking a new home for their website.

When I can choose I’ve used them ever since because of their timely and informative responses to every enquiry, the fact that I’ve only noticed the briefest of downtimes, their server technology and admin/cPanel area.
My clients have never complained to me about a server issue.
The referral system means I’m getting most of my hosting for zilch.
I had an issue with my emails being called spam for about a week. But I appreciated the honest responses I received (there was a nasty spammer person on the server I shared) and I felt the resolution of the issue was handled professionally.
I’m happy to recommend the fine service.

I had been using ZestHost for a couple years and the hosting and service was decent. Once this company was acquired by TsoHost all I can say is WOW! Customer service, capability, and overall ease of use has greatly increased. I can say now that I am proud of my webhost and would recommend them to ANYONE!!!
My switchover was basically seemless aside from billing reconfiguration, but once the switch was made I can tell I am with a better company.

I have been using TSOHOST for around 3 years. They host several of my sites. Moneywise they offer excellent value. Their support system is excellent with almost instant response to email queries. I would recommend them to any webmasters seeking value for money with expert backup.

I first accessed the Internet during 1995 and built my web site soon after. From then until 2007 I stayed with the same host company. I felt though, that I wasn’t being kept up todate with progress and paying dear for the privilege! So I took the plunge and joined tshost and it was like a breath of fresh air. Transition was smooth and there is so much to offer with helping me run a better web site.

I was client of TsoHost for about two years. The service was pretty good and, after a couple of questions I had to make while setting up my account, I never needed to contact customer service again. Until I moved to another hosting company, I was very satisfied with them.

This is my 3rd year with Tsohost and in those 3 years all I have experienced is excellent service.
Customer service is fast and friendly and always have a solution.
Server performance is top and very little unscheduled downtime.
For the price is it hard to beat considering the packages available and the facilities on offer.
I now have several sites hosted by Tsohost and will continue to recommend them to all clients!

I’m an old zesthost customer who chose them for their low prices. I’m quite satisfied with my service… both with the insanely good prices and with the lack of downtime (I’m not aware of any since the switch from zesthost to tsohost). And my site performs super fast, even though it’s hosting in England, and I’m in the U.S.
The only issue I’ve run into is with some of my Access ’97 databases, but that’s more a combination of IIS/Windows Server 2003 not playing well with a 10-year old technology than it is with tsohost.
I give them a 10/10 and highly recommend them to anyone.

Zesthost (now Tsohost), have been on top for the last three years I have been here.
Not only in server performance, but in customer service as well. They have been the key to my clients happiness with servers that are second to none.
My clients that have transferred across from other providers have said how much better their website performs. And the money stake, affordable for anyone and you won’t get much better.

Good service with good and reliable hosting.
The only issue I have is that before with Zesthost we had the Online chat support and it was very usefull but now this has gone. Also the ticket system does not email you when someone replies to your ticket so you must check the ticket every time to check for the reply.
Apart from the above I have recommended and will keep on recommending hosting with tsohost.
Excellent value for money.
Try to fix the above and you’ll be the best.

It has been a good experience with TSO Host(Zest Host). I have been using it for the past three plus years. their response time for issues is awesome. There were a few points that needed upgradation like changing password from webmail etc. which have been taken care of now. Good service good price. My only bad point is that, the new packages do not have unlimited multi domain hosting like they had earlier. I think that should be brought back into functionality. Apart from that I have and recomend TSO HOST to anyone I know.

Great host. Willing to help and fast at responding to any questions or queries. In fact only today I had a problem with mysql databases and they replied within the hour to my webnote. On top of that they offer the lowest windows based hosting packages I’ve seen.

Tsohost.co.uk is by far the best web host I’ve used in my experience on the internet over the past few years. My sites are fast and downtime is extremely rare to the point I can barely remember last time I had a problem.
When I have had a problem, queries and things are solved in minutes rather than in days like other hosting companies I’ve been with. All in all I’m very happy so far.
I paid £14.99 for a Pro(!) account for a year with a free domain with the code OCT-FORUM2-SPECIAL.

Changed from 1and1 to Tsohost and i’m really glad i did. The prices are so much cheaper and customer service is fantastic. Help on 1and1 largely consists of faq pages whereas with tsohost every email i’ve sent has been answered within 1 hour. And i’ve sent emails at 2:00 in the morning!! Speeds are great and I haven’t noticed any downtime.

Excellent host so far. Have had minimal downtime which has been rectified in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service, with fast resposnse to emails, and they had no probelms with me being slightly late on the subscription payment due to an issue with PayPal.

I have been with a few hosts before i was reccomended Tsohost by a friend. All of my past hosts would get hacked on a regular basis, and also never made backups. TsoHost is by far the best host I have been with, very cheap and competitive prices aswell! It also has second to none support, and questions are answered any time of the day. I have a custom account with them and has been spot on!

A friendly UK host who offers great customer service and lots of features which offer great bang for your buck Out of the millions of hosts out there, this company should be at the top of the list for british hosting.
Tsohost are a phenominal host – I have been developing websites for around 10 years and they are the best host I’ve ecer dealt with. It’s like, this is what hosting should be like.
They run large Drupal sites effortlessly – fast and efficient – I have around 10 – 15 sites running and never had one problem. Speed is exceptional because they give you 128 or sometimes 256mb of RAM.
Support is equally impressive. Sometimes I email them late at night – sometimes early in the morning – always the same response…A reply withing minutes – a very technical reply too with a solution never more than 10 minutes away. This kind of support is so much more efficient than being sent through a call centre – it’s a waste of everyone’s time to be sent through a queue for a hour with no real result at the end – and I’m glad they’ve opted for a few very competent people who get your problem solved so quickly they can move onto the next one.
Did I mention they were half the price of my last hostgator bill??
