Really chuffed with the level of service offered by streamline. Fantastic comms and their online ticketing system is brilliant. All issues (if you can call me being thick an issue) have been resolved really quickly. Keep it up!
Purchased services that are delivered with wrong login details. 24hrs later they still have not responded to my support ticket for login details. There is no phone number, no live chat anymore – only support tickets. I’ve had my services down for 5-6 days in the past and this is on their bulk (premium) package. Do not use for anything business like, you will be dissapointed and they’ll just waste your time.
