Terrible service. You really do get what you pay for, and that’s regular downtime, slowness and, if you’re very lucky, a compromised website. Avoid.

Good but … email sometimes gets lost and the webmail control panel is a pain to use – it takes ages for mail to refresh, the mail highlighting is buggy (read/unread), new messages are written in a popup window, and contacts are in another popup window (for f**k sake which idiot chose this). Really a bloody pain if you use webmail.

Excellent service, very easy to use control panel, lots of useful scripts included, easy to use ftp and top quality support.
I could go on but you get the picture.
Also very nice people to deal with, yes you get emails back from real people!
I would recommend them to anyone, beginner or experienced web user, without hesitation.

Something like £17/year for a ridiculous amount of features( Very useful Control panel with installable scripts, forums, blogs, galleries so you don’t need to mess about loading loads of things to FTP.

uk based company, they rock!
Fairly unique today – they charge a modest and sensible price for feature rich options. However the big difference is that, as another reviewer has noted, you deal [in almost real-time] with human beings who know what they are talking about.
I do not hesitate to give their name to anyone who expresses an interest in ‘web-dabbling’ at whatever level.
They have something for everyone and they deliver on their promises – what more can you ask for?
After a number of years with them and having a number of clients hosted by them I am more than happy to give them the highest possible rating.
