PCSmarthosting provides a range of european shared, reseller and managed hosting solutions based on the cPanel platform. All services are based from lightly loaded Core 2 Duo Servers in Germany.
I’ve been using a cPanel reseller account from PCSmartHosting since the back end of 2008. So far I can’t fault them. Support tickets are answered in a timely manner and they keep me updated with emails when ever there is any server maintenance planned.
