    The technical support it great, I had to move 5 of my website over to them as I need a more affordable SSL solution, my old host wanted £90 per site. Nativespace SSL were a great price at £15 per year. I gave the technical support my cPanel details and they migrated all 5 sites overnight and installed the SSL. They even altered the config files for my cubecart and textpattern website for me. Highly recommend them.

    We moved to nativespace in 2012 due to their competitive pricing, great presentation and we felt they were the ideal match for our web developer’s creativity.

    The support was quick and helpful when it came to setting up new email accounts and guiding our web developer through the cPanel and database setup for the website

    We were very impressed with the prices for SSL which we needed for our new Facebook canvas page, and so this was a big USP for nativespace. Nativespace worked with our web developer to install and setup the SSL for us on the server, going above and beyond what many companies would do.

    Due to audience development, marketing and improved film programming we have seen a huge increase in traffic this year, and when needed nativespace have supported us and upped our bandwidth usage accordingly.

    I have been a client for over 6 years and my IT knowledge is poor so I rely on support and back up when things happen I do not understand, not that anything has gone wrong I just need advise and I get the advice and response I need. If there has been a problem it has always been quickly resolved.

    We have never had a problem and have recommended to others who I believe are also happy.

    Excellent. Have used this company for a couple of years now, service always excellent, on the rare occasion there was a problem it was always sorted almost immediately.

    Have 5 domians for c3 years now. Really secure, about 4 hours down in 3 yrs total and friendly to boot. Tech team on hand 24/7 on a ticket basis and most answered within an hour or so which is above & beyond at this price. Won’t give a 10 on prinicple because I’m mean :)
