Up until the last month or so they’ve been spot on.
Yet again they’ve just gone down for me without warning – the only problem is I now use the email for important emails and they’re just not getting through to me.

Just to let people know, Getpro is literally dead. The Web0 server has been up and down like a yoyo. The owner has no interest in it and cant be bothered with it anymore

Yes likewise do not respond in their own support desk. Telephone number is now not responding, cannot evnen contact to change hosting and switch domian name incredibly poor service

INCREDIBLY poor. I have a selection of sites with these cowboys, all of which are down at the moment, and have been for the past 20 or so hours. No emails to let me know what’s going on and the support number doesn’t work. I am losing a lot of money thanks to these idiots. I would strongly advise against using GetPro in any capacity, I wouldn’t renew my hosting if it was free.

Extremly fast download speeds and top quality support when needed. Dirty cheap web hosting that does the job for small time people and for people needing a bit more.

Fantastic support, they are always on the other end of the phone if you need them. and the 60 second activation is fantastic.
No standing around waiting on people to activate your account.

Found the speed of setup to be almost instant ;p allways a bonus.
The quality of the service is next to none, the hosting is so fast, and so relaible :p definately a good direction to be heading.

Got the starter package a few days ago, extremely pleased with the support provided (always available on phone thus far) and the speed of the servers I was hosting on.
I’ve been that impressed I’ve upgraded to the highest hosting account they do.
First class.

Bought the ultimate hosting package yesterday. Very pleased with the speed of setting up the account (within 60 seconds after payment). Also pleased with the support given by GetPro (before and after the transaction), even got the oppertunity to either call the support center or being called back.
So far no problems have been met.

Charlie loves me !
Great customer support with a fantastic admin control panel. Never had any problems.
Also have a very powerfull dedicated server from getpro for a very reasonable price. Very good service

Cheap, reliable, great support and easy accessibility to a range of useful facilities through directadmin. I’ve had a few problems with ftp, but i think thats at my end.

GetPro, are Great. We run a game server provider and the service we receive is second to none. We spiked 53 mbit a few days ago and the server handeled it perfect. I suggest these guys anyday!

Tech support has been fantastic, emails responded to promptly, and even phoned me up about a server problem (27/7/06)

Great prices for a great service. Cannot grumble and out of 1 or 2 problems I have ever had it has been resolved very quickly due to the 24 hour help.
New website looks crisp and clean and easy to understand what your getting for your money.
10/10 wp getpro.

Getpro offer an excellent service, they are always at the other end of a phone if you have a problem (in my case a stupid question).
Even the basic web service beats other companies hands down. I have told friends about the services of getpro and they are using them and telling others.
Getpro are always looking to expand and offer better services, they keep you well informed about updates and improvements.

Extremely good, never had a problem with them, simple billing system, all good. The services are excellent to, you don’t often get unlimited space with unlimited bandwith per month for such a little amount of money.

Shame the only payment methods are Paypal… Gone with another company because of the only payment method.

Used GetPro for a month or so now, great speeds and reliability – they also use DirectAdmin which imo is 10x better than cPanel or Plesk.

The web-hosting from GetPro is fast and very simple to use. It has fantastic admin featurs on the control panel including full DNS control.
The bandwidth is also great and cheap!

Provide cheap and reliable web-hosting solutions for professinals and home based users.
Had a web hosting package with GetPro for a couple of months, the support was non existent and recently they tried to bill me for another year of hosting for the account I closed many months ago. Apparently Charlie Creed/GTX (the owner) has abandond the company, leaving many customers without support or access to their sites. Avoid!
