Havn’t had any problem since June 2007. Raised a ticket to change domain name, and it was done within a day.
Never had a any downtime, so far.

Excellent support for Ruby on Rails and great SSH access, it’s very powerful. For those that don’t know, SSH is a command line interface directly controlling your web space. With it you can install software and it’s all well documented in a n expansive dreamhost wiki. I wouldn’t call this a beginners host, but a powerful main host for technical users. 9 out 10 because their email support is a little slow.

Really good. Wasn’t expecting much due to the prices, but they have amazed me. There hasn’t been no downtime in the 4 months i’ve been with them.
Fast speeds when uploading/downloading. Couldn’t ask for more!

Since my initial review, the company have now added a support ticket system. Great example of a responsive provider.

Great hosting service, I’ve recommended a lot of friends to join dream hosting and I’ve heard nothing bad yet! Shockingly cheap aswell so worth a look!

I have had a wonderful experience so far. I have not found anywhere cheaper, the hosting is fast and reliable. Help is but an email away. Being picky I would like them to formalise thier support a bit better.
Hosted with them since 2006 – but the company has since changed hands. Very unhappy with sub-par customer service and introduction of hidden fees — won’t be staying with these guys unfortunately!
