    I have been with 34SP for many years and I used to be very content with the quality of their service. I didn’t mind the monthly fee steadily creeping up because the value for money was still good. However, in the last years I have noticed a steadily creeping downtime as well, and yesterday my monitoring tool reported a total of 1 hour downtime across 24 hours, which is appalling, not at all the kind of improvement they promised in the announcement of their latest price bump.
    Contacting support results in the same responses as reported in other reviews: only a suggestion to move to their VPS service which costs twice as much and is total overkill for my site which consists mostly of static pages with a few scripts.

    I have been with 34sp since 2008, and while there are cheaper packages out there, what they don’t provide is the level of support that 34sp give you.

    Since the inception of the web I have been with other hosting companies, and let them go. I have stayed with 34sp this long because they go way beyond the level of support that other hosting comanies provide, often undertaking tasks that most other companies simply will not do.

    Their phone support is brilliant, and that my friend…is gold. Because, if things go wrong, a ‘live chat’ with a bored tech who is simply ticking the boxs will not do. It’s crucial to be able to talk to someone.

    Absolutely cannot fault them and will stay with them for the forseeable future.

    Good support, but uptime on their network is appalling. I had reseller hosting and also their new business hosting. The reseller often went down due to network issues or shared hosting issues. The business often went down because they “upgraded” the server to keep it PCI compliant which resulted in my website not working correctly.

    Ended up very frustrated so I moved my 26 websites away to TSOHost.

    I have been a customer of 34sp.com since June 2004. It’s funny any review that I find pre-2011 of this service is glowing. That was my experience as well however in the last two years their uptime has become abysmal. All I ever get from their support staff is apologies but no real action. The last straw was when my site was down for hours and their response was “we do have 24 hour monitoring but that still requires an engineer to wake up to correct the issue.” Give me a break.
