The customer support from this company is TERRIBLE. pages and pages of ‘support’ information and a control panel where you must have quite a good knowledge about hosting language and technology to be able to use it. It’s impossible to find an email on the website to connect with anyone from the company and only a PREMIUM RATE phone number.
Only a PREMIUM RATE UK phone number to speak with them, at 10p per minute and left holding on for ages, gave up holding on after 15 minutes.
Or you can write to them ! yes really snail mail for technical support!.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
